Baldoz cites report on job prospects ahead of Dubai’s 2020 World Expo Labor and Employment Secretary Rosalinda Dimapilis-Baldoz yesterday cited a report of the Office of the Middle East and African Affairs (OMEAA) of the Department of Foreign Affairs on the prospects of jobs expected to be created in the United Arab Emirates as a result of the successful bid of Dubai, one of the UAE’s seven Emirates to host the 2020 World Expo. The OMEAA, which furnished Secretary Baldoz of its report, said over 200,000 jobs are expected to be created in the UAE’s hospitality sector ahead of the 2020 World Expo.
